Take Down Policy
The Holiday schedule is different for every family, and we want to make sure your light experience goes as smoothly as possible. We have an early, mid, and late January take down option, so if you have a special event in January that you want the lights to illuminate, let us know and we will accommodate. FAQ: Are Christmas Lights romantic on Valentine’s Day? Answer: No!

Referral Program terms and conditions: In order for existing clients to receive a $25 Amazon gift card for a referral, the referred client must fill out an estimate request form on our site and list the existing client as their source. This must be done at the time new client fills out online form for the first time. At the end of the season, we tally up all the referrals using only the information from the online estimate request forms. So If you do refer business our way, make sure they list you as the referral source using the form on our site to get your giftcard! Amazon cards will be sent through email using the email address we have on file mid December.
Bloom Lights does not distribute contact information to 3rd parties with the exception of Santa Clause, more consideration for delivery by the North Pole Administration concerning Christmas present distribution is given to homes who have lights installed by Bloom Lights.
